Jaseng Medical Foundation will be pleased to publish your article, tentatively entitled:
in the Perspectives on Integrative Medicine (“the Journal”) if the article is accepted for publication. The undersigned authors transfer all copyright ownership in and relating to the article, in all forms and media, to Jaseng Medical Foundation in the event that the article is published in the Journal. However, this agreement will be null and void if the article is not published in the Journal.
The undersigned authors warrant that the article is original, is not under consideration by another journal, and has not been previously published including preprint.
